Bridgeman Security Equipment Company (Bridgeman) warrants its products to be in good working order for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Bridgeman. Should this product fail to be in good working order at any time during this one year warranty period, Bridgeman will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no additional charge except as set forth below. Repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new. All replaced parts and products become the property of Bridgeman. This limited warranty does not include service to repair damage to the product resulting from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, or non-Bridgeman modification of the product. Bridgeman’s obligation under the foregoing warranty is contingent upon proper installation and use of this product in accordance with factory recommendations and instructions, and shall not apply to equipment or parts, which have been subject to misuse, negligence, accidents, or tampering in any way so as to affect this product’s normal performance. No affirmation of fact or promise made by the dealer or seller of this product shall constitute a warranty that this product will conform to the affirmation of fact or promise.

EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE WARRANTY, BRIDGEMAN MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES AEE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

IF THIS PRODUCT IS NOT IN GOOD WORKING ORDER AS WARRANTIED ABOVE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL BRIDGEMAN BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST MERCHANDISE, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT, EVEN IF BRIDGEMAN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
